Off-campus Registration (Online or Daily):Registrants can receive a full refund up until one week before the event, which is July 22nd, 2024.
If cancellation is within 7 days of the event a refund will be given minus $100 fee.
On-campus Registration:Registrants can receive a full refund if we are able to place someone from the waitlist in their spot.
If we cannot place someone from the waitlist, registrants can receive:
- 75% refund up until 21 days before the event.
- 50% refund up until 7 days before the event.
Refunds within 6 days of the event will be at the discretion of Hartland Health Summit organizers.
Please note that refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
